      There’s an old saying for this one – use it or lose it. We use quite a bit of our muscle strength to move around on Earth daily. Without gravity, we don’t really need so much muscle to get around and we lose muscle over time. This wouldn’t be too bad if we stayed in space, but it causes a bit of trouble when astronauts are back on Earth. So astronauts exercise a lot to try to stop muscle loss and stay strong
