Same as in the UK! We bring all our food from the UK, so it’s basically the same things you’d eat at home. We have a chef that makes it all for us, so it’s all well-prepared! We eat a bit more than in the Uk if we’re spending time outside in the cold.

The main difference is all our food, with a few exceptions, is canned, dried or frozen. Hardly any fresh foods! Still – most things can be preserved like this for quite a while so there’s stilla lot of variety.

When we’re out of the base, camping out in the field, for example, we eat food ration packs. These are similar to the ones the military and adventurers use – bags of dried food that you mix with water. And lots of chocolate!
