      HI @268nch28 and @379nch28,

This is a great question. It started when I was 4. I Started playing tennis (my mum was a coach) and I used to wonder why my heart started to beat faster just because I was hitting a ball over a net. That is what started my interest – I was so curious and I just wanted to learn more. I found it fascinating how our body could just adapt and do what it needed to do to face whatever situation we put it in.

I also realised from an early age how important our hearts were. I quickly understood that that is what keeps us alive and so we had to look after it as best we could. So I wanted to learn everything I could about how it works, and what it makes it “ill” so that I could always try my best to keep it working as healthily as possible and prevent it from getting “ill”.
