Question: Do you enjoy working in Antarctica?

I do! The work is similar, most of the time, to work anywhere else but the life it quite different. It has many bad things – the isolation, the lack of freedom to go travelling or see family and friends and things, no fresh food etc – but this is well balanced by the cool, beautiful environment, the things we can do here like ice climbing, seeing penguins and snowmobiling. The main thing though, is just knowing that I’m here, in such a strange and unique place…
